As artist intervening in the Rocket Factory, a new development in the Maboneng Precinct – Â Johannesburg, Â Marcus Neustetter has been documenting the building’s transformation. His eye has been focused on moments that remind him of the building’s recent history, what it could have been before that, and of course what it could become. This series of images form part of his visual research that will influence the artistic statements in and around the building.
